GrailGrid Shipping Policy

At GrailGrid, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it forms part of your agreement with GrailGrid upon purchase.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been packed and dispatched.
- GrailGrid reserves the right to cancel or delay orders flagged for verification purposes.
2. Shipping Destinations
GrailGrid ships worldwide. Delivery availability to specific regions may vary depending on courier limitations at the time of dispatch. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
3. Courier Selection
GrailGrid selects the courier for each order at our discretion based on your location, package size, and availability. Customers are not able to request a specific courier or service tier. We work with a range of reputable international and local carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

These are estimates only. GrailGrid does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, courier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the courier selected by GrailGrid. All shipping fees are displayed before you confirm your order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, except where GrailGrid has made an error resulting in a return as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not collected or controlled by GrailGrid.
- GrailGrid is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- If a package is held or returned by customs due to the customer's failure to pay duties or provide required documentation, reshipping fees will apply and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
7. Tracking & Updates
- Tracking information will be provided via your contact details once your order is dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
- Some regions may have limited tracking visibility depending on the local carrier handling last-mile delivery.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible locations within the UAE.
- COD orders must be verbally or digitally confirmed by the customer before shipment is arranged.
- Refusing a COD package after confirmation is not eligible for a refund. Repeated refusals may result in permanent restriction from placing future orders with GrailGrid.
- COD is not available for international orders.
9. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
- GrailGrid is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to GrailGrid due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, the following applies:
- The customer will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee to have the order resent.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the customer does not wish to reship, no refund will be issued.
10. Lost or Delayed Packages
GrailGrid takes lost shipments seriously. If your tracking has shown no movement for an extended period or your package is officially declared lost by the courier, please contact us immediately.
Resolution for confirmed lost packages is handled on a case by case basis and may include:
- Reshipping the order at GrailGrid's discretion.
- Issuing store credit to the value of the item.
- A partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
GrailGrid is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside of our control. We will however make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving the situation.
11. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the steps to follow. All transit damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
GrailGrid reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
